This variation of doggy or froggie style sees the penetrating partner stretching out to apply more weight to the partner in front, while also placing both legs to one side of her body. Kinkly explains Sphinx Position

This position is relatively straightforward, but it can get uncomfortable for the partners because they are supporting their weight on their forearms and hands. Like most rear-entry sex positions, this one is great for G-spot stimulation (or prostate stimulation in some cases as well).
