Peodeiktophilia is a sexual paraphilia that involves a sexual arousal that hinges on the surprise, dismay, panic, or shock of a stranger evoked by the exposure of the individual's penis. The penis is illicitly exposed to a stranger either flaccid or erect, and sexual gratification is either achieved immediately, or delayed from the time of exposure.
