If you're looking for a way to feel like King Dong, you'll want to put these sex positions that make the penis feel larger into your playbook.
Always on the lookout for ways to increase your penis size? Turns out, you're not the only one. Studies done in 2006 show that almost half of men in heterosexual relationships wanted a bigger penis.
The honest truth is: there aren't a whole lot of ways to increase penis size; really, most doctors say there's virtually no way to permanently increase your penis size unless you're medically diagnosed with a micropenis.
I'm honestly waiting for the day where science figures out a penis lengthening surgery as they've done for breast implants, but until that day comes...there are definitely ways to make your penis "feel" larger - and sex positions and toys can make a drastic difference during partnered sex.
Changing the angle that you and your partner approach sex can really change how large your penis will feel inside the body. Compressing the receiver's anal or vaginal canal can make the penis feel larger while inside. You can also experiment with positions that better expose the hole for penetration. By moving body parts and body squish out of the way, you can effectively "lengthen" the penis for intercourse - because it doesn't "lose" any length to the obstacles before it even makes it inside.
But, we definitely think it needs to be said: a large penis certainly isn't necessary - or even desired by most sexual partners!

A Large Penis Isn't Necessary to Hit Most Erogenous Zones
While penis size can matter a whole lot for personal reasons, turns out, during intercourse, it might not matter a whole lot. Most of the pleasure-packed spots for a vulva happen to be located outside of the vagina - like the clitoris and labia.
When you slide things inside, the first inch of the vaginal canal is the most sensitive - with spots beyond that responding best to fullness or pressure - which can be hard for a penis of any size to provide.
Take the g-spot for example. A lot of people are unable to hit that during intercourse - regardless of penis size! Since the g-spot is located at a curve from the entrance, it can take some serious position finagling, a slightly curved penis, and a shallow g-spot to make it all line up during intercourse. So you might not be "missing out" on much there!
The same can be said about anal intercourse with a penis-owning person. The most sensitive pleasure areas will include the penis itself, the testicles, the perineum, the outer ring of the anus, and the first inch or two of the anal canal. All of these areas can be reached without needing a massive peen.
There's also the prostate - which is located inside of the butt. Much like the g-spot, it can be hard to reach during intercourse unless the p-spot-owner happens to have a shallower p-spot.
So, penis size may not be as big of a deal in pleasuring your partner as you think it is.
Technique Matters More
Sex for a person with a gigantic penis can be just as unsatisfying as it can be for a a person with a small penis. Turns out, it's a lot more about technique than penis size. You have the penis you have - but you can certainly learn what positions work best for your size, what sensations your partner wants to enjoy during intercourse, what movement feels best for them, what foreplay they love most, and more.
It's about the entire package - not just the size of your package!
Essentially, you have the stuff you have. Now learn how to rock it for the most satisfying sex. (It might surprise you to know that guys with large penises find many sex positions off-limits due to their size. Everyone has to learn to work with what they have!)

What About Size Royalty?
Some people genuinely just like penetration by large objects. The feeling of fullness and the sensation of stretching really gets them going; we spend a lot of time talking about why people enjoy being size queens/kings/royalty in our Beginner's Guide to Anal Stretching article.
If your partner happens to be one of those people, don't feel too left out! For a lot of stretchers, biological penis sizes may not whet their whistle at all - regardless of size - which is why a lot of people into anal stretching will move onto large dildos and thick toys.
If you'd like to actively be involved during intercourse with someone who identifies as size royalty, think about strap-on harnesses. They'll allow you to simply strap-on your partner's dildo of choice to pleasure them - and you'll get to experience the intimacy of being together with them in a whole new way.
Toys Can Make the Difference
Speaking of sex toys, did you know that sex toys can really "make the difference" when it comes to pleasuring a partner - regardless of penis size? Really, I'm a pretty big advocate for body safe sex toys no matter what: if you can add tools in the bedroom that increase the pleasure, why not?!
If you're looking to add more fullness to your intercourse, sex toys can help there too. There's no reason you need to, but for a lot of people, experimentation and new sensations can be a whole lot of fun. If that sounds appealing for the two of you, I'd recommend looking into penis extenders - or other penis-enhancing toys.
One of the easiest toys to put is the Zero Tolerance Vibrating Girth Enhancer Extender. This thick vibrator straps onto the penis - to add thickness while also adding vibrations. The two straps help keep it fastened in place, and the additional bump along the top adds vibrational stimulation to the outside of where you penetrate - like the anal entrance, perineum, or the clitoris. You both get fuller sensations - while also adding orgasmic vibrations to the mix with two powerful motors (win-win!) Plus, it's remote-controlled!
You might also consider some of the "usual" penis extender suspects - like penis sheaths, hollow dildos you can strap-on, non-hollow dildos that can be strapped on and penis extenders.
All of those can make it easy to change your penis size in seconds - and many of them don't rely on an erection either - which can make it easier to enjoy "intercourse-on-demand" when your body may not otherwise be cooperating.
If you prefer to avoid anything strapped onto the penis, you might consider checking out a couple's vibrator for vaginal sex. Some of the We-Vibe vibrators are U-shaped toys - one half of the U slides into the vagina while the other half of the "U" stays outside of the body and rests on the clitoris. This adds some fullness during intercourse - but also provides a lot of hands-free pleasure to the clitoris too. We're not complaining about that!
Sex Positions That Make a Small Penis Feel Larger
All of that isn't to say that you might not be experiencing some frustration with your length. Most notably, a lot of people with smaller penises may find that the penis slips or falls out more often - especially in certain sex positions. I don't think I know a single person who finds that fun or enjoyable - regardless of penis size.

Preventing that can be as simple as finding the best sex position that works for you and your length. Certain sex positions will reduce interfering elements (like legs or the squishy bits of the butt) which can reduce how close you can get to your partner. Other sex positions might compress the vaginal or anal canal - which can make everything feel tighter - and may make intercourse feel different for both of you. It's just a matter of experimenting - and finding what works for you.
If the penis is on the smaller size, these sex positions could be perfect:
Happy Baby Position

What It Is: Derived from the yoga pose of the same name, Happy Baby Position leaves the receiving partner on their back with their legs fully spread and open. Since this moves the flesh of the thighs out of the way, shortens the vaginal canal and provides a great angle to hit the g-spot, this position is really an A+ winner for making the penis feel larger.
How to Get Into It: The receiving partner lies on their back and attempts to make their knees touch their shoulders. The exact angle you're able to achieve will vary based on your flexibility. The receiving partner might find it most comfortable to use their arms to help hold the legs in place (though sex position aids like the Sportsheets Sex Sling are specifically designed to help hold things in place too!). The penetrating partner climbs on top like they're going to do the missionary position.
