The second reason is that fillers have been drastically more popular, and some people use ‘dick sucking lips’ as a slang for big lips which also has made the word more frequently used. If you look back 40 or 50 years, big lips were quite rare, while today it is something every person can get for a few hundred bucks. So the term simply didn't need to be used as much before.”
The term dick sucking lips has become so popular that there are websites dedicated to the women that men feel have this physical attribute. Some of these sites combine overlapping interests, such as dick sucking lips and facials. Pop culture has also reflected the common usage of the term.
