The Double Hooked In sex position is an anal sex position that is done with the penetrating partner using a butt plug or anal beads.

To get into this position, both partners kneel, with the penetrating partner behind the receiving partner. The penetrating partner's legs should go between the receiving partner's legs while the penetrating partner wraps their arms around the receiving partner.
