This is a great question! Given that the toy is silicone, you are in luck because that means it's not just washable, it can actually be sanitized! With silicone toys that don't have motors (such as dildos) ,you can disinfect them by either boiling them (just in a pot on the stove) or running them through the dishwasher on the top rack.
I would wash the toy with soap and water after using it and then either put it through the dishwasher (top rack, without dishes) or boil it for 3-5 minutes. This will keep your toy as good as new between uses. And yes, it will then be safe to use for anything you'd like.
