Megalophilia

Megalophilia is a somewhat common paraphilia that involves sexual arousal from large objects. Although it can be applied to large people, megalophiles are not always aroused by large people. It can sometimes be things, like large dildos or butt plugs, or large objects with no apparent sexual use.

Most megalophiles are able to satisfy their fetish in healthy ways. However, paraphiliacs should get treatment if their fetish gets in the way of their daily life or normal sexual functioning.
