Visual Description: The STRICT Spreader Bar System is four, thick, black cuffs attached to a sturdy, rigid bar. The "bar" is covered in a similar material that all of the black cuffs are made from, so it looks like one cohesive toy. A cuff is situated at the edges of each side of the 16" bar (which is where the ankles are intended to be fastened). Inside the outermost cuff, there is an inner cuff on each side designed to restrain the wrists. The entire set of is crafted from a shiny, dark black PU Leather that has a bit of shine to it. On each one of the cuffs, there is a buckle that includes a small loop on the end of the buckle fastener. This allows a small lock to be inserted into each cuff to "lock" the Spreader Bar onto someone. (No locks are included.)
