RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns of items for refunds for ANY products once the product has been accepted by the customer from the mail carrier. This is for health and sanitary reasons. We would never send a toy to a customer that had been in another customer's hands already - for everybody's safety, security, and peace of mind.
You may, however, be able to receive a refund, minus shipping costs, if you properly follow the cancellation policy below before officially accepting the package from the mail carrier.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. We are also unable to cancel any orders that have already shipped - including during the interim timeframe where the mail carrier has retrieved the package from us before we've been able to provide your tracking number to you.
Restrictions:
We are not responsible for any duties, VAT, customs, customs fees, currency exchange fees, brokerage fees, any additional payment card issuer fees, or taxes for orders shipped inside or outside of the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
We will do everything in our power to make it right, but ultimately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, returned, undeliverable, or undelivered packages due to address errors. If an item is marked as delivered by the carrier and you have not received it, then you, the customer, are responsible. We are unable to provide refunds or replacement orders.
If you are concerned about package security, please be home during delivery, ship to your place of work, request your package be held at the shipment company for manual pick-up, email us to request signature confirmation before you order, or specify a safe location for delivery in your Address Line 2.
We do not ship any packages to schools or facilities primarily designed for people under the age of 18. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if you ship to a location that falls under that description.
If your order has already shipped, you may choose to refuse delivery to allow the mail service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to officially return the package to sender. Once the package is received by our warehouse, a refund, minus the our original cost of shipping, will be processed. If you choose to have the item reshipped after refusing delivery, a new shipping fee will be charged to you.
