Kinkly Shop is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do everything we can to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The name "Kinkly Shop" does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package or on your credit card statement. "KS Trading" will be displayed on your billing statement. We happily ship to PO boxes as well.
We will do everything in our power to make it right, but ultimately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, undeliverable, or undelivered packages due to address errors. If an item is marked as delivered to the correct address and you have not received it, then you, the customer is responsible. If you are concerned about package security, please be home during delivery, ship to your place of work, request your package be held at the shipment company for manual pick-up, or specify a safe location for delivery in your Address Line 2.
