Definition - What does Small Penis Syndrome mean?

Small penis syndrome refers to a male's anxiety of having a small penis. He may not actually have a small penis. This syndrome hinges on the fear that one has a micropenis (the medical condition of having a very small penis).

Kinkly explains Small Penis Syndrome

Generally, men that suffer from small penis syndrome will try to compensate for an inadequate size of equipment in other areas of their lives. Although true micropenises are rare, many men still worry about the size of their penis. The average erect penis is 5.5 - 6.2 inches long, while a micropenis is less than 2.75 inches. Nearly half of the male population worries about the size of their penis.
