Anorgasmia is a sexual dysfunction in which a person cannot achieve orgasm. Although this condition can affect both sexes it is most common in women. In men, the condition may occur along with delayed ejaculation.
Anorgasmia may also be known as Coughlan's Syndrome.
More About Anorgasmia
There can be many physical reasons for anorgasmia, such as complications in childbirth or an injury to the pelvis or spine. However, anorgasmia can sometimes happen at random as a result of discomfort (whether physical or psychological) or poor sexual positioning. It can also be caused by the use of anti-depressants.
