Definition - What does Shrimp Tie Bondage Position mean?

The shrimp tie bondage position begins like a typical lotus or meditation pose and then gets more difficult. In a shrimp tie, the bound person sits cross legged and then the ankles of the crossed legs are bound. The upper part of the body is then pulled toward the legs, often by attaching a rope between the bound legs and a pre-tied chest harness.

Kinkly explains Shrimp Tie Bondage Position

This position was developed as a stress position for prisoners and it lives up to its history. It is essential to make sure the bound person is able to breath freely at all times and that the position not be held beyond their endurance. Although this position shouldn’t be held for long, its components are quite flexible and it can be used in a series of positions that use the chest harness and bound ankles.
