Definition - What does Body Fluid Monogamy mean?

Body fluid monogamy refers to the practice of restricting activities that involve exchanging bodily fluids to a single partner. Such partners may still engage in protected intercourse and oral sex, BDSM scenes, and any other activities that do not involve the exchange of bodily fluids. Relationships where this practice is employed are sometimes referred to as fluid-bonded.

Kinkly explains Body Fluid Monogamy

The term body fluid monogamy finds its origins in the BDSM community, but has grown in popularity in non-monogamy communities as well.

Relationships where body fluid monogamy are practiced are limited to two participants. However, the concept can be expanded to include a larger group of people where everyone has agreed to engage in unprotected activities only with the people in that circle.
