Pornocchio refers to a person, usually a man, who lies about their sexual escapades. The term is derived from the tale of Pinocchio, whose nose got longer whenever he lied. The purpose of the lie is to look cool and accomplished among peers. However, unlike Pinocchio, there is usually nothing growing with a Pornocchio.
