Autagonistophilia is not the same things as exhibitionism. An autagonistophiliac may manufacture situations in which their genitals are on display to others so as to satisfy their urge, but they do not they do not put themselves on display actively. They may leave the blinds open so others can see in rather than streaking at a large event.
