A bio-boy is a non-trans male, or a person who is naturally born male, and who identifies psychologically and socially as male.

In the trans community, some disagree with this term because it implies that trans men do not have a biological basis for identifying as male. In addition, biology is actually much more complicated than simply male and female, leaving many people who identify as male outside of the definition.
