Can a Njoy Plug Be Used in Public?
We get it; wearing butt plugs in public can be hot. And it just so happens that the Njoy Pure Plug's design makes it really, really friendly for public play. The bulbous, weighted tip partnered with the slim retention shaft makes this plug stay reliably inside of the body.

We hole-heartedly ( 😉 ) recommend the Njoy Pure Plug for public play with a few caveats:
- Ensure you're using a size that's a snug fit for you. For players who have enjoyed a lot of anal play or anal sex, the Small and Medium plug can be on the smaller side. If the plug is much smaller than the toys/penis you regularly slide inside for anal sex, the plug is more likely to slide out.
- Choose activities that don't include a lot of sitting on hard furniture. The easy-grip stainless steel handle is extremely comfortable to wear, but it can press uncomfortably against your body when seated on hard furniture (like a wooden or metal dining chair). Plan for public play activities that include soft seats or standing for the most comfort.
How to Use Njoy Pure Plug?
One of our favorite things about the Pure Plug is how easy it is to use. The steel surface doesn't absorb any lubricant and it's compatible with all types of lubricants! This can make for easy long-term plug wear.
To use your Njoy Plug:
- Run your fingers all over the surface of the Plug. If you find any sharp corners, discontinue use. (Your Njoy Plug is designed to last an entire lifetime. Drops are the main cause of potential sharpness, so make sure to treat your Plug with care.)
- Using your choice of lube, lubricate the insertable bulb of the Njoy Plug.
- Gripping the easy-grip handle, place the tip of the insertable bulb against your entrance.
- Apply gentle pressure and be patient. The tapered tip will help the Njoy Plug slide slowly inside as your body adjusts to the size.
If you find your hands slipping while trying to grip the plug, give your hands a quick wash or wipe them off with a washcloth.

How to Clean this Njoy Plug?
Made from stainless steel and fully waterproof, the Njoy Pure Plug is one of the easiest anal toys you'll ever clean.
After use, simply hold it under running water and clean it with any mild soap. Use your fingers to dislodge any messes or lubricant from its surface.
Since stainless steel can be slippery when it gets wet, we recommend holding the Pure Plug near the bottom of your sink in case you accidentally drop it.
The Pure Plug can also be soaked in a soapy water bath if you prefer.
If sharing the Pure Plug or going between vaginal and anal use, we recommend sanitizing the plug. You can do this with a water/bleach bath or by boiling the Pure Plug for 5 minutes. After boiling it for 5 minutes, allow the water to come back to room temperature BEFORE removing the Pure Plug. The Pure Plug will be dangerously hot to the touch (and too slippery to fetch with kitchen implements!), so it's easiest to allow the water to simply cool again before retrieving your Njoy Plug.
