To achieve this tie, begin with limbs, or limb and support, parallel to one another. Wrap the bind around the two twice. Leave a generous amount of room between the wrists. After the second wrap, cross the binding with the rope remaining, so they are parallel with the limbs. Pass the ends of the rope to the other side of the tie and complete with a square knot.
