More About Continuous Abstinence

Often taught as a safe, effective, free, and easy way to be 100% safe against STIs and unplanned pregnancy, many find continuous abstinence to be an unrealistic goal. Unfortunately, many who aim to be abstinent find themselves unprepared to actually protect themselves against pregnancy and disease if they do choose to engage sexually.
