What delivery options are available?
United States:
- Standard Delivery: Free on orders above $50. $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee for orders under $50.
Delivered in the contiguous United States within 2-5 business days, primarily serviced by USPS.
- Expedited Delivery: $25.00
Delivered in the United States within 1-2 business days.
Place your order before 3pm (ET) Monday through Thursday, and we will process your order that same day. These orders are usually delivered by the FedEx or UPS.
Please note that some brands are not eligible for Expedited Shipping including (but not limited to) Liberator and KIIROO products.
Canada and International Delivery:
- International Shipping - Flat-Rate $25.00 no matter how large the order

Due to manufacturer limitations, some products may not be available for international shipment. Shipment limitations will be noted on the product description of applicable products.
International orders may require a customs declaration document. We will be as discreet as possible on your declarations while simultaneously obeying the required laws.
Restrictions:
We are not responsible for any duties, VAT, customs, customs fees, currency exchange fees, brokerage fees, any additional payment card issuer fees, or taxes for orders shipped inside or outside of the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
We will do everything in our power to make it right, but ultimately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, undeliverable, or undelivered packages due to address errors. If an item is marked as delivered to the correct address and you have not received it, then you, the customer is responsible. If you are concerned about package security, please be home during delivery, ship to your place of work, request your package be held at the shipment company for manual pick-up, email us to request signature confirmation before you order, or specify a safe location for delivery in your Address Line 2.
We do not ship any packages to schools or facilities primarily designed for people under the age of 18. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if you ship to a location that falls under that description.
Discreet Packaging and Privacy
Kinkly Shop is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do everything we can to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The name "Kinkly Shop" does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package or on your credit card statement. "KS Trading" will be displayed on your billing statement. For an added layer of discretion, we're also happy to ship to PO Boxes (though some sex furniture can not be shipped to PO boxes due to its size).

How can I change my shipping address?
If you realize you've made an address error on your order, please reach out to us ASAP with your address correction and order number. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order; you may need to reach out to the mail carrier to request a redirected package at your expense.
