How to Make the Most of Your Sexual Peak

Published: JANUARY 25, 2017 | Updated: JANUARY 14, 2022
For me, though, the so-called "dirty 30s" have been the most sexual time of my life. I’ve always had a high libido, but nothing like this.

The idea of a "sexual peak" has been the object of a bit of debate over the years with new studies proving or disproving its existence. But, regardless of these numerous studies and expert opinions, only I know what is happening within my own body. Only I know about the numerous dirty thoughts that have taken over my brain.

I wake every day with a throbbing vagina. All I want is dick, dick, dick. It’s incredibly distracting.

I’m currently at my sexual peak, and I want to shout it from the hilltops. I want to give pleasure and receive pleasure. I want to quench this insatiable thirst. Yet, it seems that the more sex I have, the more I want. I cannot win. I’m on a constant mission to find a release.

Studies conducted by controversial biologist Alfred Kinsey are what led the world to believe for a long time that women reach their sexual peak in their 30s. Many refute this claim now. More recent studies suggest that women can reach their sexual peak at any age depending on their health and life circumstances.

For me, though, the so-called "dirty 30s" have been the most sexual time of my life. I’ve always had a high libido, but nothing like this. Sometimes I feel exhausted by my own sexual appetite. I want the train to stop. I want to get off at the station and have a breather. But my body doesn't seem to care about what I want. It only cares about what it wants - orgasms, and lots of them.

I want to be enjoyed by my lovers like a feast. I don’t know how long this ripe phase will last so I’m milking it for all it’s worth. If you’re with a female who is in her sexual peak, well, enjoy! Oh, and take advantage of the ideas below to make the most of it.Find Someone to Siphon Off That Sexual Energy

Women in their sexual peak have an abundance of sexual energy. Sometimes this can lead to sexual frustration - and I’m speaking from experience. I try to manage my sexual peak with a combination of exercise, sex and masturbation. Unfortunately, I often still feel unsatisfied. That said, this is not the time in your life to be shy. Find a partner with a drive that matches yours.

Experiment

If your body is screaming out for sex like mine is, now is the time to ask for all the things you’ve ever fantasized about. A high libido tends to make people more inclined to experiment, so go for it!

Whether it’s group sex, toys, dress-ups, anal, swinging, or BDSM, ask for what you want. What have you got to lose? I’ve never been as open-minded as I am in my sexual peak. I exist these days to try new things. To quote Mae West: “I’ll give anything a shot once, twice if I like it - three times to make sure.”Have More Orgasms

Women become greedy with orgasms during their sexual peak, which is great news for their partners. One orgasm isn’t enough for us girls - the buzz word is "multiple."

This leaves room for extended sessions of foreplay, toy-play and sensuality. This means sweaty marathon romps. This means multiple times per day.

Once upon a time, I would have settled for the occasional orgasm during sex. It was all about my partner’s needs. Now I’m much more demanding - it’s all about me.Try Dual Masturbation

A lot of women report that during their sexual peak they become more lustful visually. This often means that their porn usage increases and they have more of a desire to be a voyeur during sex. I’ve personally experienced this phenomenon. Ten years ago, visual stimulation didn’t do a lot for me. Now, in the midst of my sexual peak, I’m a porn addict and a Voyeur-Queen.

Which brings us to dual masturbation. How sexy is it to watch a partner masturbate? Very. Dual masturbation quenches the thirst of voyeurism while allowing you to discover the intricate details of one another’s sexual road map.Celebrate It, Baby

The female sexual peak should be a celebration for women and their sexual partners. It’s off-the-wall to be continuously horny day in and day out. It can also be a bit inconvenient. But not everyone goes through this phase, so consider it a blessing!

I’m also aware that, like everything else in life, this is probably temporary. So I’m gonna relish it. Are you?
