Perineum

Definition - What does Perineum mean?

The perineum is the area located between the sex organs and the anus. The male perineum runs from the rear part of the scrotum to the anus, while the female perineum runs from the back of the vaginal opening to the anus. This area is also known by a number of different slang terms such as "taint"and "gooch."

Kinkly explains Perineum

Because it's packed with nerve endings, the perineum is an erogenous zone for both men and women. This area can be massaged, tickled, or stroked during foreplay, sex, and masturbation. It is especially effective during anal play and oral sex. A perineal massage can also be incorporated into an erotic massage. Because this area can be sensitive and prone to chafing, individuals should be very careful when stroking or massaging here. To make it more comfortable, lubrication should be used to reduce friction.
