Shrimp Bondage Position

Definition - What does Shrimp Bondage Position mean?

The shrimp position begins like a typical lotus or meditation pose and then gets more advanced. In this position, one partner sits cross legged while the other binds the ankles of the crossed legs. The upper part of the body is then pulled towards the legs, often by attaching a rope between the bound legs and a pre-tied chest harness.

For a more gentle approach, the hands can also be tied into a prayer pose in the front of the body.

Kinkly explains Shrimp Bondage Position

This position was developed as a stress position for prisoners and it lives up to its history. It is essential to make sure the bound person is able to breath freely at all times and that the position not be held beyond their endurance. Although this position shouldn’t be held for long, it’s components are quite flexible and it can be used in a series of positions that utilize the chest harness and bound ankles.
