The Backdoor Position

Updated: JUNE 29, 2021

The Backdoor sex position provides unfettered access to that sweet spot and offers total indulgence in getting the job done.

Backdoor Position. The receiving partner is on all fours with their legs spread. The penetrating partner comes in between their spread legs and penetrates their partner from behind.

To get into this sex position, the receiving partner gets onto their hands and knees. The penetrating partner then kneels behind them. The receiving partner then spreads their knees away from one another, bit by bit, until the penetrating partner's angle would be perfect for downward thrusts. This may require the receiving partner to come onto their forearms depending on the height of the two individuals.

More About The Backdoor Position

Once both playmates’ bodies fit together in just the right way, the direct entry will provide every last bit of depth and intensity available. The downward thrusts of each stroke are likely to hit the receiver's g-spot or p-spot. Experiment with the downward angle to find the best fit - and don't forget to experiment with the tilt of the receiver's hips to help make that internal spot more accessible as well.

While relatively uncomplicated and top-heavy, the receiving partner's positioning is a major factor in the effectiveness of all that heavy thrusting going on behind them. The wide spread knees and "just-right" height of that butt will help make this position comfortable and pleasurable for both partners.

If the receiving partner needs help supporting their body weight, sex furniture can really come in handy with this position.
