Kinkly explains Troilism

Troilism is an alternative term to describe sexual intercourse involving three participants. Some believe that the difference between a threesome and troilism is that in a threesome there are no deliberate observers of the intercourse. In troilism, there is an observer. The term is thought to be a reference to Shakespeare's Troilus.

    I can’t help it: it’s just how I am.
