Mangina is popularly used as a derogatory name for a man who is perceived as weak because he has feminists views and puts women first. The name-calling is usually perpetrated by an overly macho male who feels threatened by the empowerment of women and the people who support it. The less popular usage of 'mangina' is to refer to a man's anus, which works as a vagina alternative during penetration.
