Lesbophilia refers to an abnormal fascination with lesbians and acts of lesbianism. It takes normal curiosity to fetishistic levels. It is fairly common among heterosexual men and women. Lesbophilia often becomes apparent during encounters with lesbians. A lesbian may be asked about her sexual practices. At worst, sex may be propositioned.

Lesbophilia may be a harmless condition that does not need any psychiatric intervention. As long as one's lesbophilia does not offend or harass lesbians or others, it should be manageable.
