Q:

I’m married, 39 and straight. I’ve never really been into vibrators but I would like to be, and I’d like to have my husband try some with me in the bedroom. What would you recommend I try?

A:

This is probably THE most popular question we receive, which is great in the sense that people are trying to bring toys into the bedroom. They are trying to experiment. They are looking to spice up their sex lives - and we're all for that! The biggest thing is that the toy needs to be a complement to your partner, not a replacement. So try to start with something small, like a small, vibrating bullet. Go with something simple, something that is easy to use, something that is small and vibrating for clitoral stimulation, something that you could maybe move down for scrotum tickling and things like that on him as well. Avoid anything that's too difficult to use or has a lot of functions. Something with too many buttons will take you and your partner out of the sexy zone. The idea is for the toy to enhance the sex that you’re having, not for it to take over the sex that you’re having.
