It's August. That means it's time for us to reveal another super sexy, super fun and super information sex blogger to you. Each month, Kinkly features an amazing Sex Blogger as part of our Sex Blogger Directory project. We're extremely excited to introduce you to Jill of In Bed With Married Women. We've chosen Jill because of her funny, sexy, super-smart posts where she covers sex in alll its weird, funny, smokin' hot glory. Here are Jill's answers to Kinkly's 10 questions.

Kinkly: Give us three words to describe your blog.

Jill: Funny, sexy and thinky.

Kinkly: What inspired you to start the blog?

Jill: My friend and I, who are vibrant chicks and into sex, both had moribund sex lives in our 40s and we couldn't understand why. Was that just how it was with long-term couples? Was that one frumpy preschool mom getting laid all the time or was she just channeling the dregs of her sexual energy into, like, scrapbooking, or something? I decided I would just fucking ask.

Kinkly: What's behind the name?

Jill: In Bed With Married Women was based on the idea that I would indeed just fucking ask women to tell me what was really going down in their sex lives, or lack thereof. It was gonna be a Stud Terkel-like oral history kind of thing: heady, sociological, maybe kinda hot. The thing is, most peoples' stories were pretty boring ... even the people doing sort-of adventurous stuff. Around the same time, I saw an anal ring toss game and so I sort of veered off in a different direction to explore the odd corners of sex.

Kinkly: Who's your target reader?

Jill: Someone smart, funny and thoughtful. And likely insane. I absolutely love it when someone in, like, Norway writes to me and I can tell straightaway that they're my people.

Kinkly: What's unique about your blog?

Jill: It's funny, which is weird to claim about yourself because it immediately makes you seem super not funny, but there you go. Also, it's not about any one thing. It's about real sex, odd fetishes, the issues and the delights of connecting with another person.

Kinkly: What is the topic you find yourself covering most often and why?

Jill: I am super interested in the boundaries and overlaps between pure physical sensations and the emotional (and chemical) things that happen during sex. Like, you can have an insane orgasm by your own hand, but you don't experience any kind of "love" feeling, really. Yet, you can have an insanely passionate, but non-orgasmic, experience with a partner and it can be fucking transcendent, leaving you glassy-eyed for days.

Kinkly: What was your most popular post ever? Why do you think it drew so many readers?

Jill: My most popular post ever is "True Tale: I Was a Grade School Nudist." A bunch of nudists got way into it and shared it. Nudists like talkin' about being naked.

Second was "This is How You Please a Woman." Because a lot of dudes still don't know how to fuck a woman. I don't mean that in a mean way. They totally want to do a good job and are happy to learn, but porn (which I am not at all against) does a bad job as the default sexual education of our kids (and us).

Kinkly: What's the best thing about writing a sex blog?

Jill: Catharsis. Getting through a shitty situation by codifying it and turning it into art. #Pretentious. Also, I can slut up my computer's search history under the pretense of work.

Kinkly: What's the worst thing about it?

Jill: Feeling inhibited. I wrote a post about James Deen, darkness and the erotic. I got shamed for it by quite a few people. The idea was trying to explore how desire does not always obey the rules you want it to. But people thought I was advocating rape.

Kinkly: OK, now for the good stuff: Give us your best tip for great sex.

Jill: Tell the damn truth! If you need a teddy bear, three cans of peas and a big-ass vibrator to come, then tell your partner. Otherwise you are doomed to a life of fakery.
