Scrotal Inflation

Updated: JUNE 7, 2017

Scrotal inflation (sometimes referred to as scrotal infusion) is a practice in which the scrotum is injected with liquid (usually a saline solution) in order to make it temporarily larger. The resulting appearance has been likened to that of a water balloon. After the fluid is injected, it is absorbed into the body over the course of several days. Scrotal inflation is typically carried out using fluid, but it can also be done with gas or air.
