A sex swing is a type of harness designed for sexual intercourse where one partner is suspended while the other is able to move freely. Generally, a sex swing will consist of three basic parts: a support for the back, a support for the buttocks, and stirrups for each leg. The two most common types of swings are hammock style swings and sit swings. The hammock style swings allow the receiving partner to lie on their back while the sit style swing holds the individual in an upright, seated position.
