Titillagnia

Titillangia is most often associated with BDSM play as a form of torture or pleasure. In tickle play there may be one person designated as the "tickle top" and the other as the "tickle bottom." The tickle top is the one who does the tickling, and this may cause the other partner (the tickle bottom) to laugh until they cry, urinate, climax, or pass out. Either or both of the partners involved may experience titillangia.
