Nudism refers to the cultural movement that advocates social nudity. It is also referred to as naturism. As a practice, it could be done as an individual, as a family, or in the social context. People interested in nudism don't need to belong to a group to try it out. They can go to clothes-free beaches and open nudist events. Ideally, nudism should be asexual and not connected to one's sexuality
More About Nudism
While there is no pinpointed time when the movement began, naturism, as a term, was first used in 1778. It was used by Jean Baptiste Luc Planchon who said that the practice of nudism was natural and improved health. The first nudist group was established in 1891. This was British India's Fellowship of the Naked Trust.
